I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We confirmed our two rooms multiple times and yet, when we arrived, they had given our rooms away. The replacement options were unacceptable, forcing us to leave and book another place at 2 AM. This was incredibly frustrating, especially with a tired baby in tow. It's essential to be cautious, as they seem to engage in questionable practices with their bookings.
My experience with this hotel was far from ideal. I had booked two rooms and confirmed our arrival multiple times, but upon reaching, they had given our rooms away without any prior notice. The alternative rooms weren't suitable for us at all. Ultimately, we had to find another hotel at 2 AM, which was incredibly frustrating, especially with a tired baby in tow. Be cautious if you decide to book here, as they don't seem to honor reservations.
